I have an older laptop (pentium 3)
and the emulation goes painfully slow
I have set the emulation to the fastest I think I can make it
but still it crawls like a snail
anyway to speed it up that i'm unaware of?
    Thanks

Disable sound, emulation speed: CPU disaster and lower video output. Besides that, not really.

Are you possibly playing the game at a higher resolution? And what exactly are you trying to emulate? A PSX ISO, a GBA game, maybe an NDS title?

We need more specifics to give you an actual solution.

Heh, you aren't going to get far trying to speed up the NDS emulator, it's slow even on the fastest computers right now.

no nds can be slowed down by using no$gba and for gba use visual boy advance and either toggle up the frame speed or hold spacebar while playing

The only suggestion is to get a faster computer. But, then again, he may have already done that.
