I watched the match aswell and was quite disappointed.... It was not the best one throughout the whole championship but spain was simply better on that day and they deserve to be the winner

i dont think so, they never really played like a team to me. i agree with equitypetey, netherlands should have won, great offense, so-so defense, but an all round good team. nevertheless, i didnt want germany to win, and i am glad spain won

As England werent in Euro 08 i was rooting for spain as im a Liverpool fan i was so glad Torres scored in the final he is getting better as he goes on i also though russia played well out of all team i think Spain were the rightful winners role on the world cup
