    but i was wondering what the gameboy advance version of the r4 is called i was thinking about it but im not sure what to search lol

    What are you talking about? A device like the R4 which can play GBA games? That's a Slot 2 flashcart, no Slot 1 flashcarts can play GBA games.

    If you want to buy one, go to http://www.gbatemp.net/ and then Reviews, they have reviews for virtually all Slot 1 and Slot 2 flashcarts.
