But has anybody ever been busted while using this site? The reason I ask is that I heard that this site used to carry DS games but I don't see them anymore which leads me to believe that somebody might have gotten sued over downloading them or something so the site took them down to avoid further lawsuits. I know it isn't exactly legal, but I just want to download a few games from my childhood & I don't really want to go to jail over it. So can somebody please answer... I will be eternally grateful.

I doubt that, the site is bringing people here with something illegal. Thus it is the website number one, but users should be wary.
