Sorry I can be dumb... Help with Golden Sun DS AP

I have a R4 III revolution (clone? i guess)

I have the one setup for
R4 Akaio then R4 Dldi or something that you use for pokemon black

and i tried the new YSmenu? i guess from the Golden sun topic

and i thought i patched it (i did) but still doesnt work
which patch works?

 

first thry ysmenu with the clean rom, you cannot patch it, sicne tis for a different card and firmware altoghether

 

I have the same card. just dl ysmenu for clones. copy ttmenu foder and ysmenu.nds. open your ds and load ysmenu.nds = Happiness!
by the way im using ysmenu 6.41 and lolcats rom. no problems so far. almost at the end of the game. hope it works for you!

I'm using YSmenu 6.42 and it says

Rom Loading Failed
r4didl.dat error

what happened?

okay i tried just to format
and downloaded R4iii v3.13
and ysmenu for clones 6.42
it fixed the error of r4dldi
and now i can play other games but when i try dark dawn:-
----------[Rom Loading failed]
disk errcode=-81

Please reset system.

 

hmm try 6.41 cause that worked fine with me. and did you use the lolcatz rom?

 

yeah its still not working ive been trying basically every other day since i started this topic and still trying ill give 6.41 a try i just tried the even later one 6.45 and STILL get the R4dldi.dat error
so do you think any possibility you could update your firmware and stuff (not the games or anything, like your firmware, ttmenu, ysmenu as you have it on your cart)

i NEVER had problems patching and firmware with any other game so it's not like this is my first time
