I don't understand what your asking but you NEED to hack your psp-it can be done via hardware (pandora battery and magic memory stick-google them) or software (I made a guide for this :) ).

To play iso format games you need them stored into a folder in the root (as soon as you open your card in a pc) called "ISO" and shove them there.

If not hack of some sort id done then the psp won't register.

What is the firmware of your psp may I ask-and if you could rip out the battery for a moment and check for a 2 character stamp.

"2D" is an example of what it may be.

If it's a certain number then I'll assist some more-but otherwise my guide can help get it to run.

If you can't find it in tutorials section let me know.

Also it just occured to me your asking why can't it register the games-correct?

To stop game piracy-if downloaded from the PSN store then it'll read them-if by other methods it won't work (even if a friend buys them and copies that into your card it won't work).
