I tried it out and it works!! Haven't played enough to know if it still has some problems so it needs more testing

 

it works perfectly,now for all people that said that would never be a fix,i think that they should shut their mouth and wait!!there are no more problems.its fixed

 

now for a fix for sonic classic collection and bejewlled twist

it works,you must have done something wrong,put infolib.dat and extinfo.dat inside ttmenu folder and put a sonic racing clean rom USA
