Sonic and Sega All Star Racing (USA) Version Patch and Guideline?

    Hello all! I was just wondering how do i patch the sonic game if i use M3 SIMPLY Version 1.14? Can some1 send me the download link and give me a guide cuz i dunno how to patch it?
