Something's wrong with my ePSXe

    when i play Megaman Legend, the game play is like 3x too fast where as when people are talking, things slow down to normal speed. is there something wrong with my video card or something?

    nothing wrong per se, your computer is just too fast. To resolve this, look for an option labeled 'frame limiter' in your ePSXe graphics plugin. Enable it and set it to 35. That will slow the game down.
