    I created this a few weeks ago when I was bored following a wicked tutorial for Photoshop, just a NDS title concept for Seph's Polar Adventures. I think it's pretty good. Might use it later in a project (hehe).

    It looks sorta flat. It's just the wind technique you use right? :p

    Yeah :p Used only wind, pixelate, and something else. It's supposed to look more 3D, but I must of missed a step :p

    Hmm... try adding a grungy silver metallic background in the back, and see if you can add some shading into the words and icicles. ;D

    ^Alright. Turns out I missed a step completely, so I'll redo it later. I've still got the .psd I think.
