Something wrong with Pokemon Pearl

I was playing it for awhile then i turn off my ds. Awhile later i turn my ds and when i click on pearl it was a DS icon instead of pearl icon (pink pokeball i think). It said Pokemon Pearl as the game on top and i cant read what is next to the ds icon cause it is in chinese. When i try to start the game it won't work and loads to a white screen then nothing happens or changes. I try to overwrite my pearl version but when i do i press yes it said the ile is corrupted and gives me 0 kb file instead. I have try to re download from the site and put it on my R4 but nohing works? Help?
