Something strange is happening to me

For the past few days i turn on my computer, log in here and go to the forums and the talk part of the forums are like hidden and i always have to press "TALK" just to get to it. When i log off i don't hide the talk part of it. Why is this happening?

 

Where is this chat thingy anyway?

 

It's like a spoiler.Press home in the forum look on top of general discussions there it is. Wheneveer i log on thats always closed. I have to open it everytime i log in.

When it's closed general discussion, gaming lounge, forum games joke and random and some other stuff is unviewable unless you click TALK.
It's closed when i log in so i have to press it everytime i log in to access the above.

 

Isn't is suppose to be like this?

 

It's supposed to be like that but open, but for me it's closed when i log in. It didn't do that to me last week.

 

Mine also keep closing and I can't even enter the chat thing you were talking about ;D

 

There's a little plus (+) sign on the right hand side of the blue title bar of the Talk section.
Click that.

 

Oh, I think I know what cookie monster is talking about now ;D Well, for me the talk thingy is also closed but the discussions topic are still there without me pressing anything ;D It just shows below the Talk.
