hello, i'm a novice when it deals to computers so please help me.

I just reformatted my PC but there are a bit of problems with the graphics:

when i scroll down my Internet Explorer, its like the screen is shaking...
and i cant see my Video Card from the device manager.

what do you guys suggest i do?
and what softwares do you recommend to help?

you need to know what graphics card you have. a program such as GPU-z should be able to tell you that, then you'll have to download and install the proper drivers from the graphics card manufacturer.

Or go to start > run, type in dxdiag (assuming you have DirectX, which you ought to), go to monitor and tell us what it says there.

if gpu-z didn't recognise it then gpu-z must use the driver to get the name. If that is the case then everest or dr hardware should be able to find out what it is.

Also, programs like my drivers are usually useless in this situation.
