Some of my games save files cannot be read by Wood R4?

    :'( Okay first off I changed my firmware from the original R4 v.18 firmware to the latest Wood r4 firmware (1.06 I think). I read about the conversion of sav. files to nds.sav. files. Now when I try load my game save files from the original R4 none of them work except my patched Grand Theft Auto: Chinatwon Wars. What can I do to fix this? BTW my other games are:
    -Pokemon Pearl
    -Drawn to life
    -Custom Robo Arena

    I can't remember the rest. However when I put games in now and save they work perfectly. Please help.

    Oh I also have Cooking Guide which the save file does not work either but I don't use it anyway :p
