Ok. Everytime I attempt to download I get the error: '» Regular members can only download one file at a time upgrade to premium to bypass this limit.' I am not downloading any roms, so what is the problem?

Re: Cannot download No one is using my IP at the moment. Download about 5 minutes ago and still hasn't reset. Post Merge: [time]1330124500[/time] Working now. Took its time though.
It's always very difficult to monitor downloads in real time, but 5 minutes sounds too harsh, I'll see what I can do to improve the time.
