so... noise frags

    I´m playing megaman starforce 3 black ace and have found quite a few of this noise frags things ( around 12 ) but I don´t know what are them for, can anyone tell me? please

    Are you using an emulator?
    If yes,change your sound setting.

    The noise frags are like bug frags, except only one shop will take them.

    No... he means actual gameplay items. You get Noise Fragments from enemies sometimes, and he was wondering what they were used for :)

    In echoridge in the way top left (by the school wall) there is a noise wave. enter it. Then you'll see two dealers. the one on the left is the noise frag dealer. Hope it helped.

    by the way, in this game there are cards called enemy cards that allow the noise change in battle, how do I get them?
