    Around 5% maybe?

    The question here is, are there any party even interested in developing a 3DS emulator? To which the answers is a resounding maybe.

    And is the 3DS Hardware easy to reverse engineer? To which currently the answer is also a maybe.

    Also keep in mind that the 3DS Flashcart development scene is also still in its infancy.

    No, we don't host them.
    And it's against the rules to ask for other ROM sites, so don't.

    So far there isn't one Nintendo device outside of 3DS which isn't capable of being emulated, so it should happen sooner or later.

    The 3ds emulator is not yet hacked because of the firmware according to someone he said that the codes are encrypted which makes matter worst...

    decrypting the firmware is only a tiny, tiny part of producing an emulator.
