So is adding crappy DSi minigames into new DS games Nintendo's way of fighting

    Piracy? It seems a lot of ds Flashcarts can't play "DSi-Enhanced" games, Like Assassins Creed 2 Discovery has some crappy Picture taking thing where you can put things on wanted posters, something no one will ever use.

    A way of fighting piracy? No. Most of the newer flash cards can run DSi enhanced games in DS mode.

    If they want to fight piracy seriously they'd pull an Earthbound.
