So if I buy a DS Lite today, an R4 should work on it, right?

I ordered an R4 clone a couple days ago and I want to make sure if I go buy a DS Lite at a store it'll work with the R4.

They didn't update the DS Lite to make it not work or anything, right?

It will work but R4 stopped updating its firmwares and it's not the best Flashcart anymore. You should had went for a CycloDS, Edge, or Acekard2i.

AceKard2i is the best, all of the games here are working fine with it.

Translation please-none of that made sence :(

Not all games work-but a NEW update shall come-they are working on getting it 1.4 dsi compatible.

    Newer games compatibility varies.

Besides-get both akio AND acekard firmwares and you might get it going.

dude, the new update for the dsi 1. already came out :p. Its hidden in the skins section and is not on the main site because it has THQ copyrighted code. It is made by the AceKard team and hackers united.
