Ok first question, do gamestop employees get payed extra for the amount of money the swindle people out of via trade in? I ask this, because While I was trading in some of my Vita games, a nice old lady was selling her 3DS for cash and they were only offering her $55, which she was going to except until I offered her $50, and told her she could sell the games for more profit... Long story short, the guy that was working got super pissed and was giving me threatening looks. He wasnt so small this time so yeaa... i was kinda intimidated >.> This isnt the same guy as last time for those of you who read my first post about my Jet black 3DS. Anywho, I have a second 3DS, this one I got cheaper than my last ($60) this has been a great year for me in gaming ^_^
Typo, I offered her $60 lol. Plus she got to trade in her games and got the cash for them also. They were only giving her 40$ store credit for the 3DS alone.
i gave my broken psp to a guy for 60 euro.then i changed identities and place of living.in total it costed me over 50k euro but fuck dat i have 60 euro.
They are paid by the hour, least the australian branch eb games staff are paid...they're just kids and young adults stuck in university limbo. Their head office is demanding and is quite militant because they're the main competitor of game sales world wide, rubbing out any and all other companies in its wake... They CAN ban you but if they didn't say so don't worry, wait 6 months if you're that worried, unless its the manager the staff rotate quickly for jobs with much better pay (and co-workers who know what the hell they're selling...don't follow up with "ps2" when im asking about metroid fusion -_- )
I dont support video game stores cause they are a huge rip off to begin with. If I want a hard to find game I go to trusted ebay sellers and get them for much cheaper.
