I've been going through some old games today and I found Uz which is a realy cool old puzzle game! ;v) The only problem is my big, badk Intel dual core is too fast for the poor old thing. The game has a built in speed adjuster and tester but even though I adjust it as far as it can be adjusted it's still too fast. Could somebody please tell me how to slow things down?

You could possibly run it in a lower mode, but I'm not sure how to do that. Or have one core busy with a loop program, but I don't know how to do that either. :p

Well that was about as much help as a one legged man in a butt kicking contest.

I'm just throwing stuff out that may be of some to no help. :p
First thing I could think of.

hmm, i remember hearing about this type of issue with a sims game, that if you had a dual-core in your pc that it wouldn't run right, if i can i will find a link to the workaround for you

edit: ok, i couldn't find it but the normal settings before you run the game, think it went like this:

    *right-click on the application/game icon
    go into properties/settings
in the properties there should be setting were it allows you to use only a single core instead of both cores
