I looked at the youtube video only to become puzzled. Your caption is there through out the scenes that makes it confusing to pinpoint what your problem is. However, assuming you're referring to the red-green shadow at the beginning of the video, and the fact you're using a pc emulator, it's probably a mere graphical glitch due to using emulator which no one can resolve, since how well a game is emulated run/perform on each person's computer depends entirely on how good the host hardware is. I suggest just bear with it.
I'm sorry about that I throught it would help. I was talking about the red lines that would be around the characters. You can see it fully when the kid is going down the ladder at 2:04. I guess I'm going to have to bear with it but I have a pretty good computer to let you know.
