Yeah. I haven't played it but it looked really good.
The controlling time aspect. I just thought you meant for NDS, the majority of people talk about it... :

 

it looks good, but i don't have any of the systems it's for....all i got is my DSL and PC...........but short trailer, ya.

 

nah, i got it for PC and finished it in one afternoon which is unusual cause i suck at FPS

That's about average FPS length really.
I thought the game looked pretty fun though, I might have to rent it.
