Sims 2 Graphic Glitch! Need deserate help!

    I have been playing Sims 2 (PC) on Windows Vista when all of a sudden, peoples faces and bodies started looking all glitchy and far out of place. I've look around the web and I haven't found a fix. My friend said she had the same problem, but it was fixed by her cousin, but she couldn't remember how they fixed it. Any help here?

    Update your graphics card drivers.
