Sims 2 Castaways cannot access saved file

    Hi,
    I gave my niece an Acekard 2i for Christmas with akaio 1.5 on it and she is using a dsi.
    She is able to play the game and appears to be able to save it but cannot then access that saved game the next time she plays.
    hope someone can help.

    she is trying to play the sims 2 castaway - sorry I thought the name of the game in the title would be enough.
