sim city ds

    has anyone else downloaded sim city? when i tried to play it a message came up and said that the data could not load. does anyone know why this is happening?

    I have downloaded it, and it works fine on my R4. I think it uses a large save so some card's firmware needs to be updated. (The R4 needed it awhile ago)

    You can try using the arm7 fix. You can download it at http://m3.omgrofl.com/files/patches/arm7_fix.zip

    Basically you download sim city ds but the japanese version and put it in 1 folder, then put the game you want to patch in the other folder and run the program. It will create a new file called fixed.nds that you rename and use. I used this to get the new megaman games to work.

    It should work just fine on the M3 Simply if you have the latest firmware, I'm not sure about M3 Lite though. Is the ARM7 trick for the Lite?

    yup yup. just keep up on your firmware / moonshell kernals and you'll be fine loading..

    god i wish i got an R4 or M3. silly DS-X forces me to use the arm7 fix and cost 2x more :p
