Signature Banner Help

I tried making a combined picture for my sig but it won't let me paste :-[ any ideas on how it/what went wrong? I made it on paint and it is a jpeg file

Are you using paint?
I'm not sure you can combine picture using it.
Try a better Graphic Software such as Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. ;D

I've tried a lot of things on this computer, I've got a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4300 from about 2001, It's my first computer and second hand but i got it for free so it's a great deal and it can run Romulation so that's all I need for the moment

 

Have you tried GIMP then?
I think the portable version of CS4 can be run on your computer.
