Making it possible to to implementing short keys in the post without having to go to preview.
Such as CTRL + B to make it bold.

Like pressing some keys to make text bold/ etc.?
I believe Ctrl+B makes it bold.
If you mean a different thing, then that may require changing the code of the forums. And I think Seph (or anyone) doesn't prefer changing the code.

    If you actually read.
Make it possible to highlight and ctrl + b without having to go into preview.

"Could this work" and "Could this be implemented" are two different sentences. The former is asking if it could work and the latter is asking more of a "Could this be tinkered around with to make it work".

    And what happened to
    Code:
    [b][/b]
    ?

Could this work and could this be implemente are not so different. When I said 'could this work", meaning in the future could this work and would be easy to code.

Either way, couldn't you just type
    Code:
    [b][/b]
    ?
