Shock collar for cats?

I have a cat named Spruce. There is a squirrel hanging around that I want to shoot. I put corn on the decorative ice block that is in my yard. Spruce realized that the squirrel will go to the ice block to get the corn, so now she is sitting there on a daily basis so she can try to catch the squirrel. Can anyone tell me how to make or buy a shock collar for cats?

    Thanks for answers.

why you want a shock collar since you want to shot that squirrel anyway, why not let your cat do the job for you?

    This.
I love watching my cats hunt, they bring alsorts in, the eldest one brought in a bird that was twice his size.

Because Spruce (and her sister for that matter) never actually KILLS her prey. She just chases it around until it's scared away permanently.

wouldn't that be a much easier and more humane way to get rid of that squirrel?
also, what's so bad about squirrels?

Squirrels are evil. They have been planning to take over the human race for centuries. Didn't you know that?

shock collars are a SERIOUSLY bad idea, especially for small animals.

Why exactly do you need a shock collar anyway?
To stop your cat from waiting for the squirrel!?

And why would you shoot a squirrel in the first place!?

They're pests in some countries. In the UK the american grey squirrel is considered a pest (because it competes with our native red squirrels and has caused them to become endangered).

Food purposes. And because he bugs me.

Let me get this straight. You wish to shoot and eat and squirrel that bugs you, but your cat interferes so you seek to incapacitate it with a heavy duty shock collar.

Son, you're ten kinds of twisted.

Or he could mean it is stealing the cat or bird food

Then why give corn to the squirrel in the first place? Why do you want to eliminate the pest when you can just trap or capture it then release it somewhere far from your place? More importantly, why the hell do you want a shock collar for your cat? Isn't that animal abuse?

shock collars are considered animal abuse in most western countries, yes. America is somewhat backward when it comes to animal cruelty laws; it is the only western country where declawing is legal (and widely practiced), all other western countries consider it barbaric and you would be jailed for doing it. Likewise, shock collars are legal and used, whereas in other western countries you would be facing a fine and possibly confiscation of your animal.

A shock collar is easily capable of killing a domestic cat.

Pretty sure we have mild shock collars for dogs in New Zealand. Just throwing that out there.

With that said, nobody actually uses them because we're FAR too laid back here to give a fuck.

And I think you have a progressive case of down syndrome, but we don't all need to state what we think.
