Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Lucifer, Metatron fusion help

Okay, I'm playing that MegaTen DS game and I need help unlocking demons/angels over level 70. Highest level demon I got is Asura.

I can now fuse Metatron and Lucifer in the Cathedral of Shadows now but I can't find the right demons...

I unlocked Metatron by beating the game in Amane's path. I got Lucifer by beating him as the superboss.

My questions:
What demons/angels are used to be fused into the demons Metatron and Lucifer?
Are there any high class demons/angels are there besides Metatron and Lucifer? I heard you can unlock the angel Remiel by taking Naoya's path. And by high class, I mean demons/angels over level 70.
Ever had Black Frost in your party and where did you get him and what path?

I need answers, Megaten-playing people.

There's a list of fusion demons there..

 

Only told me the race, not the demons. The current FAQ didn't tell the required demons.
