Either the artist for the OVA has something against delicious flat chests or she's got pads in. Because according to the series own rules she'll stay 'forever eleven years old' (I have no idea how old she's supposed to be) for as long as she's got the flame haze deal with Alastor going on. -.-; Either way, not an improvement.
