no. An sfv file merely contains a checksum to be used to ensure the iso file is not corrupt. It is not needed.

    what about 00 files: 001 002 003, how do i extract these?

they are partial archives and are combined when the master archive file (the one with an actual recognisable extension) is extracted.

Do you have all the files needed?

Here is an example of such a thing:

Here, I would extract part1, and it would automatically join all the files into the original file. The SFV file is not needed, and you don't try to open anything with it.
