    no, it was only a suggestion of idea and if i remember, they wanted to make a petition for it to go forward.

    it was to be symbol of bush's presidency years.

    it is pretty funny and would be even funnier if it did went through.

    for you Americans that love your president bush (if any), at least you can look at the bright side. your favorite president will be forever remembered. as the plant that lives under the streets and side by side with your human droppings (mind that i never use the four letter word, i'm trying to give a good example here)
