Segway creator dies from segway

The segway company owner and creator Jimi Segway dies from riding a segway off a cliff, I don't know how he did this since they are meant to be impossible to fall of but here is the article anyway

Wow that's pretty saddening, what I don't understand is how he managed to go off a cliff

 

Maybe the creation became the master?

The segway gained the needed thinking abilities to kill the creator.

I find his death funny! Laziness kills, if he would have walked instead of riding a stupid device, he would have prolonged his life. Really stupid.

Way back, i offered my grandmother, 80 years old, a wheelchair or a segway to help her move around, she answered: As long as i can stand up and walk, why should i put my ability to move on a machine.

Why own one? i onced used this and i never thought of any use for it. You cannot use use it on open road, even on a bicycle path... instead of awe from lookers, laughter is what you get.

Prehaps...he saw a fault, but the company didn't want to stop, so he took his life to get attention and prehaps to stop it, like in I-robot

 

or maybe its an extreme publicity stunt to boost profit.
