Hi I've been looking at some saturn modchips and they basically seem to say they can only play backups and will not play imports. I'm from new zealand so have a pal saturn but I have the action replay cartridge which lets me play imports. I was wondering if the saturn modchips will play backups from another region? ie. will i be able to use the isos from this site which are ntsc with my pal saturn?
