Could somebody please tell me if there's a way to permenantly turn this incredibly annoying thing off? And I mean off for good and forever. It's alway popping up and quite frankly I'm about to tear my hair out!
no it isnt. It fails to adhere to the W3C web standards so it doesnt render webpages properly, and it has more holes than a sieve. Using any version of IE is just asking for your computer to be compromised.
