    Tell us the name of a program to create patches to patch roms for NDS. Can and link!

    Rudolf's Child play program can patch games if its updated for the game or whatever. But no program can patch any game with AP unless it has everything needed for that game

    You won't be able to find a program to create patches. Patches are created by people to do specific things. Like translations, modify a game to remove Anti-Piracy checks, etc.

    Programs apply patches, people create patches.

    how to create a patch? There are some guides? or all of the patches are different for each game its just another patch?
