hey i have an r4 and i was playing pokemon platinum on it then all of the sudden it freezes so i turned off and on and then both screens turn black saying "SD/TF card error." Then i put the micro-sd card in my computer and all my games are gone. Is there anyway to get them back? i really need help with this!
Nope. No way you can get them back if they're not on there. You'll have to reformat your card and then put everything back on it... R4's are notorious for corrupting people's files...
i see i had ysmenu on it and i downloaded a file that was ready to just put on your r4 and i downloaded it from here but i can't find it
Yeah. They'll do that every now and then. And that's ANY R4. At anytime it gets an error, it will freeze and perhaps corrupt the entire card due to it's crappy firmware.
