So for some reason, my SD card corrupted. Probably cause i was using the fix for Pokemon SS. Anyways Ive been trying to recover my data from the card, and so far its worked. i've recovered literally everything but my pokemon data. Advance wars and my music, and all the firmware was recovered ( or could be atleast) but for some reason it cant find my pokemon data. From what i can tell, it can see that 1.89 outta the 2 Gigs is full, so its aware that pokemon is there. Ive used a couple freeware recovery tools but to no avail. I think it may be the patch thats stopping the pokemon data to be recovered. I realllllllly dont want to start over after 100 hours so I was hoping someone may have idea on how to recover it. If you need any more info, ill try and provide it. Thanks.
A Patch cant be the problem in your case. It's something else that caused corruption. And for recovery you just need to use different softwares till you recover your sav file. I personally use Active File Recovery (Not sure if it recovers from SD cards though) , Try using it.
