Screwy download/points got wasted

    Hello, I tried to download Street Fighter Alpha 3 today since I had enough points after getting Disc 2 of FFVII, but for some reason, it wouldn't allow me to download it, and on the second try, I found it was a prompt to open/save a HTML. So, I just shrugged it off and looked at Xenogears instead, and decided to check my profile to see if I had enough points for THAT. I was shocked to see I only had a little over 20 points left. I figured since the file wouldn't download, I still had my points. Now I'm out one good game and 300+ points (however many SFA3 cost BEFORE trying to download it). Why is the download down? Is it getting fixed soon? If not, can I get my points refunded?

    the html file means you had a download in progress so it was blocking you from downloading another.

    Oh, great, now I feel like a n00b. Eh, happens. Thanks for explaining that, though.
