Saving issue in Pokemon SS

I had a good hour and a half of playing with only one crash one my recently downloaded Pokemon SS.
For some reason, my game will not overwirte my save ight outside the city with sprout tower (I forget its name) I can click save and the game seems as though it is saving. Then I exit the game, come later, and im still back in the spot outside of the city. ANy help?

I use No$GBA 2.6 and No$zoomer
I already have followed the steps in the locked Pokemon SS/HG topic above.

EDIT: It seems to work just fine without the No$zoomer. The only problem s, I tend to watch movies and play the DS on my comp at the same time. The volume of the DS usually gets in the way. If anybody could please tell me how to fix the problem with the No$zoomer I'd be very grateful.

 

Don't want movies and play your DS Emulator at the same time. Problem solved.
