Im kinda new to the forums so sorry if this is in the wrong section

I am currently using the NO&GBA to play my NDS roms and im kinda new to it i have already figured out how to configure it to make in play and i was just wondering, The save functions, are they anything like Visual boy Emulator like pressing some buttons to load and save games or is it required to save in the game itself so can someone answer this

I believe No$GBA can do both. For in-game saving you need to make sure the 'backup media' setting in options is set correctly (varies between games unfortunately) otherwise your save will not work.

If you want to save anywhere you want, there's Snapshots, which are basically Save States. Go File, then Write Snapshot and it will ask you to save the snapshot. Then you can load the Snapshot. Problem with this is that it tends to make the Rom Image crash if you're playing NDS roms. Works fine with GBA roms though.
