Saves not loading on Acekard 2i

I just upgraded my firmware to AKAIO 1.6 RC1 (Or whatever it's called), and now it seems that ALL of my saves don't work. As in, the card won't read the .sav files that go along with the rom files. I did no name-changing, and I can't see why they wouldn't work. I mean, it's not like I deleted the saves, or anything. Is there a way to re-synch the saves with their roms or something?

Any help would be appreciated!

 

AKAIO can change between two different Save file naming schemes. .SAV and .NDS.SAV

Make sure yours is set to the correct setting to match your files.

Go to System Options and change the save format to '.nds.sav'
