SAve files

Hey everyone im trying to put a save file with the game file so when i play the game the save file is there. I have changed the name so the game and the save file have the same name, though the only difference is the save file has .sav too and sadly it does not work. Any ideas would be great cos im trying to do a few files here.

It may need conversion.

If say the file your using was say...


game.nds.sav

and you take out the .nds part-chances are it's not gonna work.


I'm not sure what to use but look up a save converter.


Try ".nds.sav to .sav"

Or something-I'm not sure since while I had the same problem-I just tried something else (started game again instead)

 

What system? What are you using to play the game (flashcart, emulator). If NDS, do you know where the file originally was created from?

 

Well NDS system i think. Im using acekard 2i. so flashcart. The file was orignally created here.

This time i have been success to convert it into .sav

but, while i'm using the game, the save files not notify in my game

 

Make sure the name of the .sav file is the same as the file of the DS Rom.
And use the " Auto" setting for the NDS Cartridge Backup Media in no$gba.
