Save files showing up in on DS using Wood R4

I updated to the new Wood R4...which is great. Games that wouldn't load before now do. I'm having a few issues though. It's minor, but just wondered if there was a simple solution. All my sav files show up in the list of games within the DS. Just wondered if there's a way to get those off of there and still have the save files intact.

 

Jap. click on start, go to settings, and set set file list typ to Nds
