    Will most games that require a .sav file hAVE THIS WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD IT FROM HERE ?????

    When you download a game and play it, it makes a save file.

    you just put it on, when u play it it will ask you to make it. it is used for saving data e.g the level u were on so you can continue.
