.sav file for japanese and american question

    so i happen to be playing kingdom hearts 358/2 days in japanese. my question is: when the american version comes out, will my save file work with it as long as i rename the file or something? :-\

    There is a chance that it may. It depends on how much they change the save structure of the game.

    I would not get my hopes up about it though.

    It worked for some games like bleach 2nd. you just had to change the name of the file to match the english name BAM instant translation. If it will work or not youll have to wate and see.

    Mostly it works, providing no changes in the actual save functions used for the reading and writing of the save file.
