Hello! I'm trying to download this game since yesterday and I'm always getting a "us1.romulation.net didn't respond in time" response. I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer, also with and without download managers with no luck. I have more than enough points to download the file and never had any problem so far. Could try the PSX version, but that's not the version I'm looking for. Any help?
ESA said remove roms that are associated with them so seph is trying to remove the games with the help of everyone else. The downloads have been stopped and most are being removed until ESA is happy. Well for the response could it be slow internet?
Oh, So it means that even ROMs / ISOSs with the download button still yellow may be locked already or something? I thought it was a broken link. And slow internet surely isn't. Mine is 3MB (not the fastest) but enough to download 500mb in around 17 minutes. I'm downloading anything else just fine.
Seems the server is down. Files with a yellow button should be available, if they aren't then that's an actual problem.
