Sands of Destruction R4 sound freeze, please help

    Hello everyone,

    I just downloaded Sands of Destruction a few days ago and I'm liking the game so far, but I noticed sometimes when I save the sound goes off or stops at a particular pitch and when you go to another area it starts getting noisy and then the game crashes, I've seen in the comments that some people are having the same problem but I haven't found any solution, I'm using R4 with YSmenu and latest firmware btw.

    Can anyone please help, I'd appreciate it, thanks :)

    From this thread some people say using 1.18 and it won't have problems,but I can't say for sure since I didn't have any sound problems.

    You can have both kernals, ysmenu.nds and kernal v1.18 for best of both

    R4 Kernal v1.18 + DSTT v1.17a12

    Play games as normal with kernal v1.18, are boot ysmenu.nds to play over games

    With that I can boot both YSmenu or the original R4 1.18? And thanks for your help btw :)

    Yes its the kernal v1.18 , play as normal, or boot ysmenu.nds like a game for use of ysmenu
