    Hi all,

I appologize in advance if the question has been asked before.
I bought a supercard right now and I didn't start using it.
My question is how do I use it?
I mean, I downloaded a RAR file to my computer, should I extract it before I transfer it to the supercard or not?
and should I organize each game under its own folder or all the files (extracted or not) in the same folder?
    Thanks in advance
    Arie

Yes, extract it. You can if you want.

It's best to extract before you put it in because then you can put the appropriate folders in because I think the rar folder contains the files it isn't usually just the file compressed.
Once you put the firmware in you can drag games into the device
    I hope I helped

I gave the answer whether he should extract it or not. I said yes, because the actual firmware files are the ones in the .rar. So, that was plain enough to answer his question. As well as extracting the ROMs.

Well that answer that you've just posted is a better answer and it doesn't sound sarcastic/ambiguous

I think it was just confusing the way he said it. He was answering both questions, not just saying "Extract it if you want". Yes, he needs to extract it, and you can organize your roms if you wish, but it's not necessary.

Thank you all for your replies.
I think I got the answers I needed.
When I will receive the supercard I will do what I have been advised.
If I will meet some problems I will ask you again.

    Thanks all

Hi all. Can I please get some help. I have been looking in all the threads for an answer but cannot find it. Im downloading games onto computer for NDS r4 card. I downloaded the winrar for extracting the files. I dont have problem putting onto card, my problem is, extracting the files. Almost all the games are corrupt, cannot be actracted, used. I download about 10 games and might get 1 game extracted properly. I have downloaded using the mirros provided, Rapidshare and megaupload. All with same problem.
I really avoided asking for help, but i'm going around in circles.
Thanks all for a great website.

    Caroline07,

Make sure you have the latest version of WinRAR from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Also, you may want to use a download manager, like flashget, http://www.flashget.com/en/download.htm it sounds like you might have an unstable connection that is corrupting your downloads.

Why don't you download from RomUlation instead of downloading from Rapidshare/Megaupload?

Also, in order to use Flashget, you need to install a Firefox add-on, Flashgot, although I don't think it willl solve the problem. But it doesn't hurt to try. :)

You can use Flashget without the firefox addon, it's not necessary for the program to work.

He/she was using the rapidshare links because he/she kept getting bad downloads.
